In its development the Atlant-M international automobile holding has marked a number of milestones.
September 10, 1991 – Atlant-M Company was founded. For the first time the company acquired places on the Russian automobile exchange. Initially, Atlant-M owned national car brands (VAZ, MAZ).
1994 – signed a cooperation agreement with Volkswagen AG, with Volkswagen dealership agreement for Belarus being a part of it.
1998 – signed corresponding dealership agreements on Volkswagen brand in Russian Federation (Moscow and Kaliningrad region).
1999 - concluded Volkswagen general importer contract in Belarus Republic; acquired the control stock of the Volkswagen general importer in Ukraine (“Intercar Ukraine”). The same year the direct dealership contract with Mazda Motor Co was signed in Belarus Republic.
2000 - Atlant-M holding established the largest in Western Europe Volkswagen dealer enterprise on the territory of Ukraine (Kyiv and Kyiv region).
2001 – signeda protocol of intentions withSkoda Auto a.s. and dealership contracts with General Motors CIS and GM-Avtovaz in Russian Federation (St. Petersburg).
2002 – opened a dealership center on sale and servicing ofOpel, Saab, Chevrolet, and Hummer in St. Petersburg. The same year a dealership contract with Ford Motor Company in Belarus Republic was signed.
2003 – acquired Audi official dealer in Moscow.
2004 – signed a dealership contract withSkoda Motor in Moscow.
2005 – signed a dealership agreement with Toyota Co and an import contract with Citroen in Russia (Moscow). The same year a dealership contract with KIA Motors was signed in Belarus.
2006 – official dealer ofCadillac, Chevrolet, Hummer, Opel, and Saab in Russia (St. Petersburg) joined the Atlant-M international automobile holding.
2007 – Skoda dealer in Ukraine “Atlant-M Alekseevka” (Kharkiv) joined Atlant-M; new dealer centers were opened in Russia: Ford (Smolensk), Opel and Chevrolet (Orel).
2008 – signed a dealership contract with Nissan Motor Ukraine; opened “Atlant-M na Gagarina” automobile centre, the official Nissan dealer in Ukraine (Kharkiv).
